テニスコートの駐車場の紅葉

今週は体調も良くなく、余り良い過し方の出来ない不運な１週間でした。
以下は、怪我の痛みを愚痴ってるだけですm(_ _)m

This week，
I've had severe pain in my right shoulder since early Sunday morning
Even when I breathed, the affected area hurt 😭
脈動に合わせて痛みが駆け抜ける程痛かったです😭。
I thought about death 😇when I couldn't wipe my bottom in the toilet😂

I sustained an injury causing severe pain in my right shoulder, resulting in a most unfortunate week.
It was so bad that I couldn't even type on my smartphone😭

However, that pain has now subsided as if it was a lie.
I'm relieved that I've recovered enough to be able to give ball-serving lessons by the weekend.
The pain persists and I have not yet fully recovered, so I am unable to practise myself.
今は殆ど大丈夫です。良かったわぁ〜😅

Don't just keep whining about how much it hurts!
